Mother Teresa
Today I saw an movie about mother teresa, ao i try to do an summery, as following:
Mother Teresa is famous throughout the world and it is all about her effort on helping the poor people. She contributed all her life on helping others, because when she was a kid her parents, especially her mother, taught her that the true charity was help poor to have a better life. And this faith accompanied her whole life.
She learned about service from her family and religion. Then when she was 12 years old, she was told to help the poor in India. She decided to be a nun when she was 18. Though this decision would deprive a lot of things in her original life she still struggled on it and never changed her mind. Then she applied a nun’s job which works in eastern India. At Abbey where they were taught to speak English in order to taught the Indian children and learned to be a nun, Agnes was give the name, which we’re usually known, Mary Teresa.
Mother Teresa arrived at India at 1929. She kept learning English and learned Hindi and Bengali. She learned take care of patient at medical clinic. Then she taught history and geography at convent school. But after that she felt it isn’t enough to help the poor.
According to that, She decided to leave convent in order to help more and more people outside the convent walls.
Teresa studied medicine afterward. But till that time she still did not know what she can do. So, first, she started her own outdoor school during day, and took care of poor people at night. After a span of time more and more people joined her, they also contributed their own order, where they took care people who can’t afford medical charge and a place for these people to greet death. They also took care to orphan. Mother Teresa was asked to help a group of lepers later.
Mother Teresa’s action affecting whole world, which pushed more and more people adhere her action. It’s also gave her a Nobel Prize in 1979.
